LUNACARE DETERGENT ( RM 17.90 ) Why LunaCare ?... Normal laundry detergent may contain a handful of chemicals that can react with your love one's delicate skin and cause irritation. Hence we at Lunatots have formulate a mild laundry detergent that is safe for your babies skin and for your diapers! For babies with sensitive skin, Lunacare Detergent formulas or Sensitive formulas usually do not contain dyes and fragrances. Be aware that some children can develop severe allergies to coconut and citrus based products. Lunacare Detergent are free of these! Allergies can be aggressive in some cases, so don't waste time thinking your child might recover without intervention. To help you weed through a rash or possible allergic reaction in your child consider these: your detergent, possible teething, new foods in your child's diet, clothing materials they come into contact with, and how well your detergent is being rinsed from your child's diapers. Lunacare Detergent does not contains any enzymes as these enzymes can actually attack baby's sensitive skin and cause horrible, blistering rashes! You should also avoid washing cloth diapers with soap products since repeated washing with soap creates a waxy build-up that reduces the absorbency of cloth diapers. Features : - 100% Phosphate free (we care for our beloved planet!!) - biodegradeable - NO enzymes - NO optical brightener - NO dye & fragrance - concentrated formula Washing Instructions : - For velcro type diapers, make sure to fasten all velcro tabs to avoid diaper chains - rinse your diaper from any solid waste - place it in your washing machine (to avoid piling, it is adviseable to wash no more than 12 diapers at a time) - scoop your Lunacare Detergent based on the recommended dosage written on the box (do not put too much detergent as it can cause build-up which will make your diaper less absorbant) - wash and rinse well (your diaper should smell fresh and clean with no hint of urine, ammonia or other unpleasant odors.) - line dry (try to avoid using tumble dryer as it may shorten your PUL lifespan) Notes: If you feels that your diaper is not absorbing well or there are strong ammonia smell from your diaper, this may caused by a build-up. Wash one time without detergent and do extra rinse cycle. Lunatots Washing Guide: Wash diapers prior to first use to remove residues left behind from fabric manufacture. It is advise to wash it at least once it hot water with no detergent. Remove any solid and flush down the toilet before washing. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners because it might break down the fiber and reduce the life expectancy of the diapers. Line dry in the hot sun or in the dryer on medium heat.
